Payment and Cancellation Policy (Effective for all users and hosts on Shootplot.com)
1. Platform Scope
Shootplot.com is a facilitator platform that enables creators to discover and connect with hosts offering spaces suitable for photography, film, and content production. Shootplot.com only helps in booking the studio/property and does NOT participate in the processing of payments.
2. Payment Responsibility
All financial transactions are to be arranged and completed directly between the user and the host. Shootplot.com does not act as a payment intermediary and assumes no responsibility for the handling, disbursement, or safeguarding of funds.
3. Monetization
As a facilitator platform, we shall be entitled to charge a subscription fee to the host to list their property in our platform.The subscription will be a flat rate based on the number of listings per host. This fee allows us to maintain and improve the platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both creators and hosts.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Each host on Shootplot.com is responsible for setting their own cancellation and refund policies. Users must review and agree to these terms before confirming any booking. Shootplot.com does not facilitate cancellations or refund processes and holds no liability for disputes arising from such matters.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disagreements regarding bookings, services, or financial transactions, both parties are expected to resolve the issue independently. Shootplot.com does not provide dispute mediation and will not be held liable for any claims arising from user-host interactions.
6. Liability Disclaimer

- Miscommunication between parties
- Service dissatisfaction
- Payment failure or fraud
- Property damage or misuse
Users and hosts accept full responsibility for all actions and agreements made outside the platform.
7. Best Practices for Hosts and Users

8. Documentation Support for High-Value Productions:
In cases involving high-value properties, such as villas, estates, or premium residences, Shootplot.com may assist in facilitating the preparation of formal documentation and charge a small fee for the service. This includes agreements outlining usage terms, payment structures, liability clauses, cancellation terms, and other relevant obligations, with the intent to safeguard the interests of both parties involved.
