Thank you for choosing Shootplot.com – a platform that connects creators with unique spaces for shooting films, content, and photography.
As a neutral facilitator, Shootplot.com does not process or manage payments between users and hosts directly, nor do we provide or own the spaces listed on our platform. Instead, we enable verified hosts and creators to connect and transact directly. Our small platform fee is solely for enabling this connection and offering support throughout the booking journey.
Please Note: No Refunds by Shootplot.com
Since Shootplot.com does not hold or manage booking payments, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on behalf of users or hosts. Any cancellation or refund request must be handled directly between the User (Renter) and the Host (Property Owner), in accordance with the terms they agree upon.
Platform Fee Is Non-Refundable
The nominal platform fee charged by Shootplot.com during the booking process is non-refundable, even if:
- The host cancels the booking
- There is a dispute between the host and the user
This is because our service is fulfilled once the connection and booking facilitation are completed.
